The location is super convenient, sitting close to the biggest mall in the country and just a short ride from the city. The festive decorations made the place feel really special, and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast spread was excellent, with so many options that I couldn't decide what to eat! Plus, the staff were friendly, which added a nice touch to the stay.
I faced a lot of issues that really spoiled my vibe. The TV kept turning itself on unexpectedly, blasting weird ads whenever I entered my room. It was driving me nuts! it’s a mixed bag, and I left feeling a bit let down.

The Meridien offers a prime location connected directly to IOI City Mall, making it convenient for both shopping and dining. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the support from the staff, particularly Syadil, added a personal touch to my stay. An unexpected service recovery gesture included an extended seafood and meat carving buffet dinner, which showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. The room features a luxurious long bath with premium Malin+Goetz amenities and a complimentary minibar stocked with juices and soft drinks. ,
Minor delays in check-in process.

The amazing views from the club lounge made our mornings nice, and the warm hospitality of staff, especially Mr Lee, was amazing. We found the breakfast at Latest Recipe to be quite satisfying, with an impressive spread of options and friendly service from Mr Fadulla and Mr Hanif Oseman.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed a spacious room with a comfy bed and an awesome bathtub, perfect after a long day. The sun terrace and outdoor pool gave us great chill spots to relax. Just a heads up, we had to wait a bit longer to check in, but it didn't ruin our stay at all 😊

The breakfast spread was excellent, with new dishes every day, including delicious soto and a hidden menu. Staff were attentive and friendly, clearly observing where assistance was needed. The overall décor felt slightly outdated, and some facilities could use maintenance. While the room was comfortable, the shower pressure was inconsistent and could be improved.
